    Description

    MAF's engineering facility is situated at Gove airport a short distance from Nhulunbuy, a major mining town servicing the nearby (Alcan) bauxite mine and alumina refinery, located on the Gove Peninsula in East Arnhem Land, Northern Territory, Australia.

    With eight full time staff, MAF Gove maintains the local MAF owned fleet as well as providing general maintenance for Laynhapuy Aviation (Gove) which is owned by Aboriginal homelands councils.

    MAF Gove is part of CASA Approved Facility, which has MAF Mareeba as the Main Location (Certificate of Approval Number 627).
